- 3x per week programme that has 2 phases, each 5 weeks in duration

- Each session done in less than 30 min, consisting of warm up, 2 supersets and a cooldown

- 21 video with in depth explanation of each exercise and relevant topics 

- Excellent way to start training or continue your training journey

- Great addition to your existing practices ie yoga, pilates, running, climbing, dancing etc

- Needed: A pair of gymnastic rings or a pull-up bar and few dumbbells or kettlebells (optional)
