Upper Body Capacity Online Course
The capacity programme is aimed any those working towards there first 1-5 chin ups, 5-10 push ups and 1-5 toes to bar. We believe it’s important for all looking to undertake certain endeavours (climbing for example) to have a clear and simple programme to follow in order to gain a base general capacity to explore with. All movements included are clear forms with up to three progressions outlined in a tutorial video.
